A War Within Us

There are challenges we face in our own lives
when emotions collide with our life's duty.
Yet, we should remain constant in our duty,
even if it means going against our own.

Righteousness, responsibility, and moral obligation,
are the ways that reflect cosmic order.
Each are assigned with certain duties,
determined by what they do in life.

Life often leads to situations,
in which principle and destiny,
seem to be in conflict always,
leaving us in a condition of moral confusion.

Duty transcends personal relationships;
family affection and respect are important,
but this cannot interfere our responsibilities,
from raising our voice against injustice.

The Greater Good Must Prevail,
The supreme teaches us to go above all.
In any authority or ethical situations,
The outcome must be on justice and harmony.

Acting without selfish motives or personal gain,
if one's duty requires them to take a firm stance
they must do so without expecting any outcome.
Ancestors were forced to act, in order to achieve justice.

Inner quarrels are the true battle, than the outer ones,
It is a struggle between duty and attachments,
between righteousness and emotions.
Living as per principle means facing them with courage and clarity.

Choosing The Right People

Choose the right people to walk by your side,
Those who value your feelings and never hide.
Even during storms they will hear you silent cries;
But stays to bring calm when chaos rises.

People who can make effort to see you smile,
To light your path and wait all the while.
Who treats you with care and don’t cause pain,
And will never hurt your heart in vain.

Stay with people who never give in,
Who holds your heart through thick and thin.
Who will make you feel deeply loved and seen,
And remind you how much life can mean.

These are the ones who will help one to grow,
Who will lift you up when you’re feeling low.
They’ll help you love your soul you own,
And will stand with you, when you feel alone.

With these kind, you’ll find reasons to live,
Strength to rise and the power to forgive.
The more you are around their honest light,
The more you'll believe you deserve what’s right.

They will show you how love’s meant to feel;
Respectful, gentle, patient and real.
Slowly you will learn to walk away,
From anything that makes you feel less every day.

P.S There is no guarantee that you will meet someone like this, I just hope if there were few people like this in each ones life.

Life’s Troubles Are An Illusion

Struggles, difficulties and pain,
Help us grow again and again.
Heartbreaks, cheating and sorrow,
Are the path for a better tomorrow.

Grief, worries and misery,
Are friends of a man for all history.
Treason, deception and treachery,
Are life lessons, don’t keep them in memory.

Challenges, obstacles and tests,
Are often not worth it, put it to rest.
Problems, disputes and issue,
Aren’t big, just your point of view.

Disagreements, arguments, quarrel,
Are just measures in life, there is no moral.
Some of the rejections seem like a curse,
But later we see, it was truly a bless.

So don't worry, be happy,
Else you will look crappy.
There is always an anchor to cope,
That is called faith and hope.

Unfair Life

In this process of life,
Everyone goes through a phase of rife.
People put a lot of effort, in doing right,
Only to be ignored and left with regret and plight.

When we see unfairness in life,
We start comparing and blaming with grief.
When life becomes unfair and unkind
In a fast paced world that leaves us behind.

We witness people who always lead,
With shortcuts; fame becomes their greed.
When we thrive and work hard for the same,
Facing unjust and personal loss, a harsh and cruel game.

A false impression created by social media,
Which highlights flawless lives, with no idea.
When we struggle silently with disease,
Failure and poverty that never seems to cease.

So stay grounded though others might race,
Trust your path and your own pace.
Don’t let illusions lead you away,
What is meant for us, will find its way.

To Write Another Poem

The nights welcome me with radiance,
When my thoughts rush through my mind.
Words wanting to rest on a plain paper,
So, I sit down to write another poem.

The breeze carries a song without words,
With soft music that not all can hear.
Trees, plants and flowers are falling asleep,
Yet I sit down to write another poem.

As I float in my thoughts,
I peep out to see the night,
The moon and the stars are falling asleep,
And I sit down to write another poem.

The whole world wants to sleep,
To welcome the sun with a new day.
My eyes feel sore, and I want to fall asleep,
But still, I sit down to write another poem.

My Life's Purpose - Article

We are blessed or cursed differently. So, do not judge me, You may have things that you worked for and I have mine. Things might differ, so do not compare mine with yours. Maybe what you have is larger or bigger than mine, but yet I have what I worked for and all that I need. You may have many things I do not possess, but again I am sure some of mine, you do not either.

I have been the same since the days I started earning 200 rupees salary a month and until today; my behavior, my attitude, my needs etc. everything remains the same. At times money and position hit my mind, but destiny brought me back to my course.

If one wants to become a doctor he needs to study medicine and if one wants to be an engineer he needs to study engineering. But do not expect the person who studied medicine to become an engineer. Likewise in life, people live their lives, wanting to become someone whom they want to be, not what others want me to be.

Wars and battles are common in life, but the purpose always differs. So do not judge people with what you have or what you have achieved in life, appreciate one with whatever they have achieved in their life it doesn't have to be big or small; as achievements, dreams, goals, hard work and success does not come in sizes. It is what it is.

Success, Wealth, Education and Assets does not define a human being.

Just because one has wealth, it does not mean others should too. Just because one has expensive cars it does not mean others need to. The path might be the same, but everyone has their own destiny to reach. Everyone has troubles and hard times in life, the cosmic cycle spares no one. Likewise, luxury and wealth will differ.

The rich aren't buried in gold and the poor aren't thrown in the sand, we all come from a womb that does not belong to us nor we own the place that we are buried too, yet we strive to make things ours, which we will never carry to our graves. Imagine the plight of mankind if they had been given a chance to carry all their wealth to their graves, it is funny isn't it.

Yet, there are several things that wealth cannot buy in this world. Even the super rich are poor in certain things in life. I have seen real happiness on the faces of street beggars who are happy with what they do and what they have, yet I have not witnessed the same with the super rich ones.

The world is perfect like the sun, moon and the oceans, but it's us. The sun is not against the moon nor the oceans and likewise. Oxygen cannot hate carbon dioxide, nor fire can hate water, they all co-exist but us humans.

The day I want to be better than someone else, I lose. I don't have competition with anyone nor do I get jealous or I regret the life process. What is meant to happen will eventually happen. Everyone deserves a life to live big or small.

Respect doesn't come in sizes either; I respect an Office Attender the same way I respect a company's CEO, as its human first and it should be mutual. If someone throws shit on my face and expects respect, I can throw tons of what they throw on me, yet I quietly walk away. Time will act on its own course.

I don't follow the worldly expectation but the cosmic; Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha is a man's way of life.
