Stories That Aren’t Written in Books

Days turned into memories,
those stolen moments, unexpected touches,
and whispered promises.
In which I built something rare,
It wasn't perfect, but it was true.

Love stayed when things got messy,
my love listened, it forgave.
And though I faced storms,
misunderstandings, distance, fear,
Still, I kept choosing her.

Because that’s what real love is
not the absence of struggle,
but the decision to stand
together through it all.

My story wasn’t about grand gestures
or fairy-tale endings.
It was about my heart
learning to grow with her
to trust, to heal, to believe.

She became my safe place, and my home.
And maybe that’s what love really is,
not about finding someone perfect,
but finding someone
who makes your heart understood.

Because sometimes, the best love stories
aren’t written in books or movies,
They’re lived in the small moments,
and that means everything.
