An Illusion Called Life

Everyone suggests you become the best,
And will never let you until your final rest.
If you are honest, people will shame you,
And if you are dishonest, they will still blame you.

Life is not a game that you play to win,
A marathon where everyone reaches their destination.
One aim is to treat everyone equal OR as self,
But for name and fame many have engulfed.

In the name of competition people are divided,
Winner thinks of something great he has achieved.
But truth is they’ve put another fellow being down,
For earning money and assets thinking they'll forever own.

In the name of religion people are fooled,
For political benefits & reasons they are ruled.
By promising luxuries and tickets to heaven,
But the truth is serving the supreme, it’s divine.

The day one submits to the supreme,
Accepting this life is just another dream.
Once we wake up ALL will be vanished,
Humanly whatever we’ve accomplished.

Remember you are here by your own choices,
To complete the cycle of karma, beware of vices.
All deeds are recorded by the cosmic energy,
Which will let you enter a new cycle, with no memory.
