Drawn together by something we can't see.
Not just luck or time or chance,
But maybe a story from a past life, a glance.
We find each other, not always planned,
Walking side by side, hand in hand.
Through all the good and all the pain,
We grow, we break and we love again.
Sometimes it feels like we've met before,
Like sounds knocking on a closed door.
A glance, a word and a quiet touch,
Why does this moment matter so much?
Not every day is easy or light,
We argue, we pull back and we fight.
But even in the hurt, there’s something true,
A lesson, a mirror and a part of you.
We don’t always know what we are here to learn,
But every choice brings its own return.
Love teaches, even when it’s tough,
Sometimes soft and sometimes rough.
So, lets not rush and lets not run,
This isn't a race that has to be won.
We are here to grow, to feel and to try,
To love, to cry and to ask why?
And maybe, just maybe that's the point,
Not perfect love but hearts out of joint.
Finding peace in all that's flawed,
Two souls walking home to God.
