Every soul has a twin,
Once in a while it wants to entwine.
A soul shared with only one,
In various relationships, often.
A connection that spans beyond earthly,
Appearing in random moments to shake us deeply.
Forces both to confront and fight their shadows,
Healing past wounds and to grow.
The higher power split it into two,
To experience karmic relationships.
With a sense of familiarity, recognition,
and longing for reunification.
A deep connection between 2 humans,
Sharing similar life paths and pains.
A Spiritual mirror that reflects,
Each other's strengths, weaknesses and it acts.
Reopening unhealed wounds of the life past,
Wanting both to grow and heal fast.
To help reach personal transformation and growth
Untapping potential and a passion filled path.
Mother, Father, sibling, partner or a friend,
You will meet them in any form, until your end.
With several signs to identify the person,
Whom sometimes we'll meet for no reason.
Not only for the happy moments,
Some come into your life to give torments.
Some lesson that we refuse to learn,
The twin always pops up to make you yearn.
