It lifts people up, then makes them cry.
The ones who use it wisely,
Get what they want precisely.
Minimal use of it for a life, long,
Accumulated, can make anyone sing a song.
It is wealth, you should know its importance,
Like a gym, you don’t get good guidance.
People who have too much, do not value,
The ones who don’t, slog like animals, no cue..
Smart people help the needy in charity and invest,
While some are greedy and make it their only quest..
The earth gives us food, and we felt no alarm.
When we worked on the fields to farm,
We never wanted riches nor we chased money,
Food and water were enough, not a penny.
In the current world of rupees,
Money is king and controls our dreams.
It decides what we eat, and how we dress,
It controls our health, stress, and our mess.
We run after gold, though we know it's a game,
Wanting riches and getting caught in its flame.
A car, a big house, a life full of show,
But will we find peace? or let our worries go?
I enjoy what money buys, comforts with ease,
But not at the cost of my inner peace.
I want a good life, free from stress,
No debt, no worries, but only happiness.
Chasing or running behind and accumulating,
For luxuries and comforts, not lasting.
So, I learnt a lesson that not to be deceived,
Money is a just tool of exchange, only if we believe.
