To steal, all of my joys.
You brought grief, a friend along,
Accepted, believing for me, it belonged.
Like the heavy waves in an ocean,
Wiping away all my happiness, insane.
Was already sailing in a tsunami,
Yet you made it worse, like an enemy.
Your words, like nectar sweet,
But actions spilled with venom, deceit.
You tore my fragile heart apart,
Along with my soul, forcing me to depart.
A pure soul behind the mask I wear,
That you failed to witness, failed to care.
You toyed with my pain,
You, the ghost of my past, I refrain.
Realising I lived within a lie,
All I cherished was just a dye.
The whole world I built, you stole,
Every piece that was once whole.
