Heaven lost a wonderful soul,
The day you were born, made me whole.
By mistake God put you on this Earth,
Instead of keeping you; not knowing your worth.
The day I held you, this Earth felt bright,
A joyful celebration with pure delight.
Nature blossomed in its finest colour,
Greenery flourished with the gift of your decor.
Out of 365 days in a year,
Your birthday stands out and will shine forever.
I will always be grateful, with all of my heart,
That the gods brought you to play your part.
But, with a small disappointed with little sorrow,
That you were never meant to stay for all tomorrow.
As long as you’re happy, keep spreading joy all around,
That’s all that matters, it is where my peace will be found.
The sun rises just to wish your day,
The moon watches you over, when you sleep.
The wind blows gently to keep you cool,
And the rain falls softly to soothe you, nature’s rule.
A day that will be forever special in my world,
Will remain in my heart like a shining gold.
As long as you live, and as long as you smile,
I will forever cherish you in every mile.
Happy Birthday, my daughter, forever you to shine,
In this world, you’re my gift from the divine.
