Time, Wound and it’s Pain

Time heals many wounds, they say,
But some remain fresh till our last day.
Deep inside our heart, in a quiet space,
Some pain resides, refusing to erase.

Some of our deepest hurts do not vanish,
Even time doesn't have power to abolish.
Time gives us distance and peace,
But real healing needs the mind to release.

Pain remains where the mind is stuck,
Tied with memories, with past bad luck.
When we hold on with love or hate,
We stay in pain and miss our fate.

Time flows forward, but feelings freeze,
Old pains return and they never leave.
This chain of pain is strong and tight,
Shows we still have lessons in sight.

The ego says, "I was wronged and used",
Holds the pain to stay and gets confused.
But healing starts when ego lets go,
And our soul shines bright with a glow.

Unfulfilled dreams gives us deep sorrow,
Hurts of today and pains of tomorrow.
Time won’t heal what we still crave,
Until we give up and become brave.

One life is too short to heal the pain,
As some wounds are old, of past life, will remain.
They return again, not for gain,
But to clear our souls hidden pain.
