As the light in her eyes brightened my world.
If my soul had a fragrance,
It would smell like hers.
Is loving her with all my heart.
If only she knew how difficult it was,
To love her deeply and never tell her.
I still hold her quietly,
I buried the screams of my heart,
So that she would never feel hurt.
Loving her made me feel alive,
Even when it caused me hurt.
Than her presence in my life.
I thought her thoughts will calm down,
I never tried to stop them.
But they kept growing and growing,
Now they stand strong and unrootable,
I loved her in a world,
Where I had no place to stay.
So now I love her quietly,
From a distance, carrying all the pain.
