The Loneiness She Left Behind

Even in crowded rooms
I feel a certain kind of loneliness.
That lingers, I cannot explain it.
It does not shout, but whispers.

We fought often, not because love faded,
Perhaps that is how it was upgraded.
We fought, we didn't talk, we didn't see,
Yet in those moments where love quietly grew.

All my feelings for her,
Were never meant to be a performance.
To be appreciated by an audience,
But a divine devotion meant to endure.

She wasn't just a normal person,
She became a chapter in my life.
I thought she would stay in my story,
Yet suddenly, she became a closed chapter.

I will plant my love
In the quiet soil of time,
And one day, that small seed
Will become a deep-rooted tree.

I feel myself walking away from places,
Where I don't find her traces.
I search for her footprints,
Just to know where she is.
