Overthinking

In this fast-paced world,
from young to old,
overthinking has become
one of the biggest struggles.

Often we run behind
the blabbers of our minds,
"What if?”, “Will I?”, and
What will they think?”
like cooker on a stove,
waiting until the whistle blows.

This mental noise makes life heavy,
unclear, and emotionally exhausting.
A battle everyone is involved in,
with or without our knowledge.

Fear, confusion, self-doubt,
and overthinking
all become wars
and your inner self becomes a battle field.

When the intention is toward
outcomes and expectations,
overthinking begins its work,
and we obsess every task over results.

But when you detach from the
pressure of success or failure,
everything changes and the path becomes clearer
and "what can go wrong?" disappears.

Do not drown in your thoughts,
let go of constant comparison,
social validation, and self-judgment.
And the unnecessary blabbers become dumb.

When you wait for the perfect moment,
perfect plan, or perfect decision
and that moment never comes,
So, stop the mind from connecting negative thoughts.

When you act with courage,
your mind becomes calm and grounded.
Watch your thoughts instead of fighting them,
they lose power and disappear.

You overthink, when you want
to control everything in life.
Stop fighting the mind
and start understanding it.

All that happens, happens for good,
and life begins to feel beautiful
as peace is not a destination it is a choice.
