My heartbeat stopped for a while,
It stilled when I saw her walk.
Every glance at her took my breath away,
My lungs forgot how to inhale and exhale.
My blood flow lost its way,
Such is her effect when she is near.
She walks like a queen of the winds,
Silent, but with a graceful cheer.
I always hesitate to meet her gaze,
For I know I will drown in those eyes.
So calm and with a positive shine,
That can brighten a broken heart, yet I am shy.
Some attract the eyes, some touch our heart,
But she draws my soul like a magnetic art.
And like metal I am helplessly pulled,
To follow her, wherever she rules.
Oh, my god! Is all I could say,
As she walked past in her magical charm.
I couldn't take my eyes of her grace,
Yet there is always fear of rejection and pain.
